What materials are your products made from?
All ThrillKit products are made from premium, body-safe materials. Most of our vibrators and massage devices are made from medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and free from phthalates and BPA.
Are your products waterproof?
Most of our products are waterproof or water-resistant. Products with an IPX7 rating can be fully submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Products with an IPX6 rating are highly water-resistant but should not be fully submerged.
How do I clean and care for my products?
For silicone products, we recommend cleaning with warm water and mild, unscented soap before and after each use. We also recommend using a toy cleaner specifically designed for intimate products.
Orders & Shipping
How discreet is your shipping?
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of the contents inside. The shipping label will show “BK Wellness” as the sender, not “ThrillKit.”
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days.
